More About Me
I began working for FM Global in Park Ridge during the summer of 1979, cutting grass at 300 S. Northwest Highway. I continued working part-time at FM Global as I went to college, and was offered a full-time Staff Accountant position in 1984. In 1993, I was recruited for a Sales Position within the company, and from there my career transitioned to a regional leadership role and subsequently was promoted to Vice President of Global Sales - a position I held until my retirement in December of 2017. I am eternally grateful that I was able to retire, as this allowed me to take on the role of caregiver for my father during his final years.
I learned the value of honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability from my parents. Completing a successful career of 38 years with the same company isn't possible without adhering to these principles, especially when it comes to accountability.
When not staying current on issues facing our community, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, playing bocce, and (weather permitting) going for a motorcycle ride!
